Ingredients: 1 box of vanilla cake mix, baked as instructions on box indicate. 1/2 cup of vanilla frosting. Pink chocolate melts. Rainbow sprinkles. Mini ice cream cones. Instructions: Step 1. Combine your pre-made cake, frosting, and sprinkles in a bowl and mix until combined into a dough-like consistency. Step 2. Scoop a golf ball-sized amount and roll into a ball. Repeat until all dough is used. Let these set in the fridge for about an hour until firm. Step 3. Melt the candy melts, then dip each dough ball in the melted candy until covered. Place on parchment paper and allow the melted candy to drip at the bottom (this is how you get the melted ice cream effect!). Add sprinkles before the candy has set fully!
