How to make the cutest teacher appreciation treats ever

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut one end of each of your wafer cookies so they resemble the points of a sharpened pencil.
  2. Melt the white chocolate. We recommend the microwave method because it’s super easy: Place your white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 20 seconds at 100 percent power, stir, then repeat heating/stirring until it’s completely melted.
  3. Separate your melted white chocolate into two bowls or cups. In one bowl/cup, add pink food coloring one drop at a time and stir until it’s eraser-pink.
  4. Dip the pointed end of the wafer into the white melted chocolate until the entire tip is coated. Add a milk or semi-sweet chocolate chip at the very tip to be the “lead” of the pencil.
  5. Turn the wafer around, and dip the other end into the pink melted chocolate to turn it into the “eraser.”
  6. That’s it! Make sure the chocolate cools down and solidifies before setting your “pencil” down.
