How do I organize a fundraiser?
Start by selecting a venue and menu, along with your event type (bake sale, dinner, auction, etc.). For dinners, auctions, concerts, etc., you should consider reaching out to a caterer who can accommodate larger events, and also think about implementing a bar. Next, communicate with the charity (or charities) of your choice and inquire about setting up a special fund with them where people can donate. You can also request a charity representative to deliver a presentation or speech to your attendees about the cause.
