We’ve dug through the data, scrolled all the social feeds, and prepped allll the invitations… and we’re ready to announce the themes you’ll be seeing everywhere this year. Keep reading to find some inspo for your next gathering!

1. Mon Cheri 🍒

We've got cherries, cherries, cherries top of mind. Fruits have taken center stage in the hosting space — from strawberries and figs to guavas and grapes — and we’re absolutely leaning in. Think: cherry red details, cherries on matchbooks, and certainly cascades of fresh cherries as the ultimate fresh tablescape touch.

2. Soda soirees 🫧

Pop is totally back. For this theme, we’re picturing a soda shop straight out of the 1950s. Retro nostalgia, classic flavors, and America's newest oldest crush, soda pop, will be all over the place this year. There’s something very joyous about a little bubbly sweet treat, and turning your kitchen counter into a soda parlor is a fun and unique nod to the times before TikTok.

Here’s an on-theme Invitation to get you started.

3. Garden dinner party 💐

As farm to table becomes more and more popular, so does farm to *party*. The backyard gathering gets a modern refresh with this Pinterest-perfect theme. Our garden party starter pack? Fairy lights, mismatched thrifted dish sets, gingham tablecloths, and a whole lot of candles.

Find all things floral in this fun and fanciful Invitation.

4. Come for the cake, stay for the vibes 🍰

Sure, cake at parties doesn’t seem very new. In fact, that might be the oldest trick in the book. But, we can’t be the only ones with more and more unique and gorgeous cakes popping up on our feeds, right? Right. Bold and funky cakes are in and we are here to say it is *totally* okay to plan an entire party around your unique cake. From sheet cakes covered in edible flowers to heart cakes with cursive lettering to abstract works of art, this year is all about delicious desserts.

5. Cafe at home ☕

We’ve loved seeing creators like Vic Lauren build their own mini cafes at home. Turn this cozy concept into a unique brunch idea for family and friends alike. In the year of third spaces, this simple theme feels like a warm hug and a great excuse to catch up over a nice hot latte and buttery croissants (whether you whip them up from scratch or pick them up from the store).

6. Spaghetti Western 🍝

This may or may not be our team’s personal favorite (not biased, we just love an excuse to make a whole lot of garlic bread). Throw on your cowboy boots and get ready to dish out big bowls of spaghetti served family style — this rustic setup will have friends old and new feeling totally at home. Our favorite detail? Cover the table with a big roll of paper and lay out some crayons — you’ll end up with a darling display of everyone’s creativity (plus, it makes cleaning up tomato sauce stains *way* easier).

Yeehaw — here’s a spot-on Invitation for this theme!

7. Jarties 👖

Yes, we’re talking about jean parties. This is the “jorts” of parties and we are so here for it. The fashion girlies tell us that denim bags are IN this year, so we know this Canadian Tuxedo concept is right on trend. Plus, a little tip from us… guests love a party where they can assemble their theme outfit using pieces they already have in their closet — and everyone’s got a good pair of jeans! P.S.… if anyone makes a denim table cloth come to life… please tag us, we need to see this.

Bring on the denim party with all things blue

8. Gone fishing 🐟

A little birdie told us searches for “fisherman-core” are up, but don’t worry, we won’t send you off with bait and a bucket for this one (unless that’s your vibe, then… go off). Tinned fish, sardine-inspired decor, and lobster boils right from the coast of Maine are totally trending. You certainly won’t have to fish for compliments with this concept in your back pocket…

Catch of the day? A fish-focused Invitation just for you.

9. Sequins & spuds 🛋

Introverts, rejoice! If all of this sounds like a whole lot of effort and you’re more of a stay-at-home and in-bed-by-9 kind of person, this is the one for you. Grab your favorite potato-based foods (mashed potatoes, potato chips, fries, the list goes on), throw on your coziest sweats, and send an invitation to all of your friends who are down to hibernate with you while re-watching Twilight for the twentieth time.

Send this Invitation and you won’t even have to speak to let people know there’s a party.

10. Mocktail parties 🍹

The data shows that Americans are becoming even more interested in the sober or sober-curious lifestyle, and we’re totally down. A party without any hangover the next day? Is our prefrontal cortex developing…? With a small group, have everyone dream up and bring a mocktail inspired by their favorite ingredients or, with a large crew, try serving one of the many popular pre-made mocktails popping onto the scene in your favorite glasses.

Cheers to your next party with this design to get you started.
