Instructions
1. Place one round of brie on a wooden board. Layer a round of goat cheese atop the brie, followed by a round of Crottin de Chavignol. Make sure your cheeses are arranged largest to smallest to achieve a tiered look.
2. Decorate with fruits, herbs and other toppings of your choice.
3. Drizzle manuka honey over your cheese “cake” to finish it off.
