You’ve heard of the charcuterie board. You know all about the grazing board. But what if we told you there is a more impressive, lower-effort way to impress (and feed) your guests?

Introducing the cheese cake. No, no, we’re not talking about the phonetically identical classic New York dessert. We’re talking about a gorgeous, tiered marvel complete with brie, goat cheese and berries galore. It’s the cuter, cleverer cousin of your cheese board and certain to be the pièce de résistance of any event you host.

Ingredients

Cheeses: 

Brie

Soft goat cheese

Crottin de Chavignol

Toppings:

Blueberries

Strawberries

Raspberries

Blackberries

Mandarinquats

Sage

Rosemary

Honeycomb

Manuka honey

Instructions

1. Place one round of brie on a wooden board. Layer a round of goat cheese atop the brie, followed by a round of Crottin de Chavignol. Make sure your cheeses are arranged largest to smallest to achieve a tiered look.

2. Decorate with fruits, herbs and other toppings of your choice.

3. Drizzle manuka honey over your cheese “cake” to finish it off.
