Dessert board
Ingredients
For the edible cookie dough
- 3/4 cup almond flour (spoon and level to avoid packing in too much flour)
- 1/3 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup dark or light brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

For the edible cookie dough
- Spread the flour onto a baking sheet in an even layer and toast the flour for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- In a medium size bowl, add room temperature butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add the vanilla, salt, and milk and stir until combined. Stir in the flour once it's cooled and chocolate chips, mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving.
For the marshmallow cream dip
- Mix marshmallow creme with the cream cheese in a medium-size bowl.
- Top with brown sugar right before serving.
Charcuterie board
Ingredients
- 3 oz. package prosciutto, capicola
- 8 oz. dry Italian salami
- 0.5 lbs red seedless grapes
- 8 oz. smoked gruyere
- 4 oz. goat brie cheese
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 3 oz. raspberries
- Crackers

Rosé cocktails

- Dip rim of the wine glass in the honey, then in the brown sugar.
- Fill wine glass halfway with ice.
- Add 4 oz. sparkling rosé.
- Add 2 oz. grapefruit juice.
- Stir and garnish with raspberries.
