Sure, we love the big game… but one of our favorite things about football season is the chance to have buffalo-flavored everything. We’ve dreamed up a filling and easy-to-make spin on everyone’s favorite buffalo wings. Meet our “make-the-crowd-go-wild” Buffalo Chicken Sliders. Packed with tangy and cheesy goodness, filled with enough protein to keep even the rowdiest fans fueled, and presented on the sweetest, fluffiest sweet rolls…. ooh, we can taste ‘em already. These win our “MVP of the party” trophy for sure — check out the full recipe under the video!

Ingredients

  • 1 12-pack sweet dinner rolls
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 3 cups)
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • ½ cup ranch
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • Additional parsley to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, parsley, and Colby-Jack cheese
  3. Cut rolls horizontally
  4. Layer ranch, chicken mixture, and mozzarella onto bottom half of rolls
  5. Cover with top half of rolls
  6. Mix parsley into softened butter and spread on top
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes
  8. Serve with ranch or buffalo sauce
