Party planning questions
Did you hire a planner?
Nope!
What are your top 3 musts for a Halloween party?
- Silly and a little creepy touches—slime, spiders and stretchy noodles!
- Costumes!!
- Extra creative focus on the treats.
Any surprise hits?
The bowling was a last-minute grab at Target, and it turned out to be SO fun! The girls loved it.
What inspired your theme and color scheme?
The cute little ghosts on the Evite! They were so sweet and not too spooky.
What, if any, were the main budgeting challenges?
Nothing, really. I don’t think you need to have a big budget to make a cute event with special touches!
What was worth it for you, even if it meant going over budget?
The balloon garland cost more than I would have liked since I needed two colorways to bring my vision to life but there were tons of leftovers so I stashed them away for my next party!
