Werepad is the launch spot where--full moon or no--a host of worker bees mellows out and slips into a little lounge, surrounded by the Simulvision delights of exploitation and cult film. Part bar, part underground cinema, part dance floor, all groovy, the Werepad is the brainchild of filmmakers Jacques Boyreau, Scott Moffett, and Viki Vaden. With the Cosmic Hex Film Archive totaling over 400 cult, horror and sci-fi titles, this misanthropic trio is sure to send a glistening silver lame bullet into all dedicated filmgoers who don't mind a little live performance, DJ spinning and perfectly chilled cocktails thrown into their late-night movie slither.
