This promotion is open in the United States and its territories to legal United States residents (except residents of Puerto Rico) who are at least 21 years old.

Only one entry per registered user is permitted.

To be entered, you must invite holiday@evite.com. Inviting holiday@evite.com indicates you are opting-in for the promotion and accepting the stated terms and conditions.

The promotion ends on January 1, 2008 at 11:59pm PST — to be eligible to win, you must create and send your Evite invitation by or before the promotion end date.

Entrants are only eligible to win one of five the getaway trips.

Each getaway trip prize package includes one (1) standard hotel room for four (4) nights at a luxury hotel property to be selected by the winner (based on availability and total $5,000 package value), round-trip airfare for two (2) people to and from the selected Hawaiian destination from any city within the continental US (based on availability and total $5,000 package value), a spa day for two (2) people at a spa location near the selected property (up to a total value at $500 for both people), $1,000 in spending money to be supplied by check to the winner once the trip is booked.

Winners will be selected and notified by January 15, 2008. Winners will have 6 months in which to plan and execute their getaway trip. The trip must be executed by June 15, 2008. Winners will be given specific instructions for booking their trip upon winner notification. Dates and specifics of prize fulfillment are subject to availability.

Employees of Evite LLC, its agents, prize suppliers, and families of any of the aforementioned groups are excluded from winning.
