You are invited to a fun-filled outdoor event on a Sunday afternoon with live German music (see flyer). The setting is a very spacious park-like property in Oakland Hills with an outdoor wooden dance floor and seating areas. Food and beverage will be available (last event's menu included German beers $3, pitchers $10, house wine $3, sausage sandwich $5, sausage dinner $7, leberkaese dinner $9, pork loin dinner $9 and desserts $3). MUSICAL PERFORMANCE: There will be a special appearance by Deutscher Musikverein of San Francisco from 12:00pm to 1:30pm (see their website) followed by live music from Anthony, Stefan & Joe from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. If you like to dance, the band typically plays music to which you can waltz, polka, schottische, swing, tango and more (just wear low-healed enclosed comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen).
ADMISSION: $10 per person (under 14 free)
NOTE: Authentic home-made German food is prepared by the club volunteers based on the estimated number of guests. If you'd like to attend, you are kindly requested to help us with the planning by your early RSVP with the number of guests in your party.
