(Re)Present: A South Bay First Thursdays event featuring innovative artists who will (re)present AAPI history and contributions by representing their art, their voice, their identity, and their community.
This free, experiential event will explore the new voice and leadership of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders through art. Artists will perform and speak about the current fusion, energy, and cultural/identity contributions that they as young leaders are creating. Dialogue with these artists about community issues and self-expression, and bring your own piece to perform during the open mic!
