Join us for our annual membership drive at Glen Oaks Country Club, where we'll celebrate Metro members and guests and elect the 2011 steering committee! Featured speaker Deborah Rinner, director of international protocol and corporate etiquette for Tero International, will present Navigation: Going Beyond Compromise.
While negotiations are often thought to be reserved for executives and boardrooms, each of us negotiates all day, every day in our own lives. Tero believes the best result isn't necessarily compromise - let's go beyond!
The member who brings the most guests will win a one-year paid membership renewal ($40 value) and all members and guests will be entered to win fabulous door prizes - including a gift certificate to attend Tero's "Image and Influence" seminar!

The menu: 7 oz Steak de Burgo with parmesan mashed potatoes; almond chicken with Champagne blanc sauce and parmesan mashed potatoes; or pistachio-crusted salmon with butter cream sauce and wild rice. Includes salad, rolls, coffee, tea, lemonade and double-chocolate mousse cake. Cash bar.
Members pay $25 at the door or online using PayPal - we'll send you a link when you sign up. (Guests may attend two meetings in a 12-month period for $25 each; $35 for the third meeting.) Cancellations will not be accepted after Monday, Jan. 17. Reservations that are not honored or cancelled by the deadline will be billed.
