NDC Second Sunday Project for June

This month for our Second Sundays project we will be serving with Extreme Community Makeover. The Extreme Community Makeover is an initiative designed to bring churches, companies, families, neighborhoods, and schools into specific neighborhoods throughout Denver in order to partner with the residents to complete identified home repair/improvement projects such as graffiti removal, painting, yard work, and other types of projects. We will be partnering with the West Colfax neighborhood residents to improve their properties. We'll be working outside so be sure to dress appropriately and bring gloves and eye protection. We will also need 3 of each of the following: Lawn mowers, weed trimmers, edgers, loppers, tree trimming pole, blowers, and gardening spades. Please RSVP if you can bring one or more of these items.

The project will be Sunday, June 13th from 1:30-3:30pm (or until we're finished). This project is open for kids 10 and older, and as always feel free to invite friends who might want to help.
