The Local Branch Planning Committee (SoCal & Greater LA) has developed this Evite to allow indivduals to seek and find roommates for the conference.
The purpose of the Evite is to provide an opportunity to connect individuals interested in sharing a room. RSVP Steps 1)Create an Evite account using an appropriate email address. Enter your email and phone number in the WRITE SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF portion of your PROFILE account so people can contact you about being a roommate. This area is found under the link of the PROFILE section off the MY ACCOUNT. If you do not want to create an account, you can just include phone and email in the RSVP. 2) If you chose to use the Profile section, ensure your privacy settings are ALLOW OTHER GUESTS TO VIEW MY EVITE PROFILE so your contact information is shared with others that RSVP. 3)When you click on the Evite link below, you will be prompted for an response. Enter your name and use the same email of the account you created. Here are the meaning of the RSVP options.
YES - NEED TO SHARE WITH SOMEONE!!!! MAYBE - GOT A ROOM TO SHARE!!!! NO- GOT MY ROOMMATE! GOOD TO GO!!!

4) Once you finalize your roommate, update your status to NO on the Evite Invitation.
