Join the Wellesley, Barnard, Smith, and Mt. Holyoke Clubs at the Susan G. Komen annual Race/Walk for a Cure on November 2, 2008. All friends and guests are invited!
This event is an easy 5k in the beautiful Balboa Park. You can run, walk, or even stroll! The event is family friendly-- children and strollers welcome.
There is no fundraising requirement, though guests will pay a modest registration fee-- a portion of this fee is your donation to the cause.
How to Sign Up (1) Say "yes" on the evite. Signing up here lets your team captains have your name and email, so we can send you day-of race information.
(2) Sign up on the Komen site by clicking here. Then: 1. Click on "Register On-Line" 2. Go to "Join a Team" 3. Search for and choose "Seven Sisters and Friends." 4. Submit race registration payment.
** Please note that you must sign yourself up at the Komen website! Please complete both steps described above.**
(3) Invite your friends!
We cannot wait to see you on Sunday morning, as we all participate in this exciting event with a serious cause.
I have to pass this year. Our baby is due the week before the event....so there's a chance he could even be born on race day. Wishing you all the best this year as you RACE FOR THE CURE!
