Come support team Lovely Lady Lumps (led by AlaVie's very own coach Kelly Beall) in raising funds for the Avon Breast Cancer Walk by attending our boot camp workout and donating to the Avon Foundation.
The Avon Foundations gives grants to local, regional and national breast cancer organizations to support five areas of the breast cancer cause, including: awareness and education; screening and diagnosis; access to treatment; support services; and, scientific research. Support for the medically underserved is a key priority.
Check and cash donations will be collected the day of the event (make checks payable to Avon Walk for Breast Cancer). If you'd prefer to make a donation by credit please email Kelly at kelly@alaviefitness.com.
Please arrive about 15 min early so we can collect donations and get you signed in before the class starts.
What to bring: A mat or towel, water and running shoes!
Where to meet: We will meet on the black top area on the back side of the school off of Cedar Street. There is plenty of parking on Cedar Street.
Will be jamming from the Mt. Tam unicycle challenge followed by the Stinson to San Carlos ocean swim, but should make it by 9. Looking forward to it. Thanks.
I'll have to let you know as the date draws nearer if I can say yes for sure. My foot is still healing and I don't know if I'll be able to run. Thanks for the invite and I sent it Lisa Matheson as well.
