Using a Requirements Workbench, Kathy O'Brien, Merck & Co., Inc.  This session will explore using a Requirements Workbench to gain efficiencies in requirements development and enable off the shelf implementation.

Simulating Business Processes, Greg Sandherr, Vanguard. This session will describe what simulation is, the types of simulation that can be performed, and the key activities for planning, preparing, and executing simulation.  This session discusses an approach, not a specific tool.

Enhancing Stakeholder Engagement, Allison Claypoole, Wyeth. This session will cover using Adobe Captivate as a BA tool to enhance stakeholder engagement.  This will include a sample Captivate simulation, discuss how it could be used from a BA perspective and the various outputs from using captivate such as demonstration simulations, training simulations, and word documents.
