Savannah Music Festival invites you to kick off the season for SNAP, the Festival's association for young patrons!
In our effort to use music to unite people of all ages and backgrounds, Savannah Music Festival insists on a world-class standard of artistic excellence. In addition to supporting the Festival through a tax-deductible contribution, SNAP members enjoy a variety of benefits including year-round social & educational music events, interaction with musicians of all genres (local, national and international groups), volunteer opportunities, and association with one of the community's leading non-profit organizations.
Come join us for our free SNAP kick-off event on the outdoor patio of Cha Bella - complimentary hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and lively music by Bottles n Cans ensure a festive evening! Please spread the word among friends, colleagues and acquaintances. The more the merrier!
Formed in 2006, this cultural membership group allows folks in their 20s and 30s (and those young at heart) to take a more active role in Savannah Music Festival, the largest performing arts event in Georgia, held March 20-April 5, 2008. (By the way, the odd-but-strangely-catchy acronym stands for the Smart Noise Awareness Project. Smart Noise...that's us.)
SNAP is spear-headed by music lovers Wilson Barmeyer, Louise Connell, Patrick Connell, Rose DeVries, Chelsea Dye, Hartford Gongaware, Fitz Haile, Ashley Headley, and Laura Kershaw.
