NOTE: DUE TO THE NUMBER OF KUBB SETS AVAILABLE, ONLY 10 TEAMS CAN PLAY AT A GIVEN TIME. THAT MEANS WE CAN HAVE A TOTAL OF 30 PLAYERS WITHOUT ANY TEAM NEEDING TO SIT OUT A ROUND. MORE THAN THAT, AND THEY'LL EITHER HAVE TO SIT OUT, OR CREATE TEAMS OF 4 WHERE PLAYERS ROTATE PER GAME.

The
basic tournament rules:
-Each game will consist of two teams of three people
-Each team must have at least three players (extra player can be rotated)
-The first round will feature round-robin style play
-The second round will be play-off based
-The final rules are TBD
-All of this is subject to change, based on feedback, etc.
Okay, so here are the
sign-up rules:
-Each team will be signed up
by only one member
-Denote the
name of the team and
other members in the reply.
-
Add the appropriate number of "guests" (players) for your team
-If you don't have a team but want to play, just sign up and we'll add you to a team!
-Final teams will be determined before the tournament
The reason we need all participants signed up is so we know how many teams to expect, and, more importantly, how many Kubb sets to bring. Since we'll be finalizing teams at the event, we'll try to be flexible with accommodating all those who want to play (who may have not previously signed-up).
No need to sign up if you just want to watch and hang out. Ideally, this will be like a little party in the park similar to Midsommar two summers back, so everyone's welcome to stop by!
