CISV Pittsburgh International Beer-Tasting Dinner

It's Mardi Gras! Celebrate and support CISV Pittsburgh!

This unique three-course dinner will be accompanied by five beers selected by Jeffrey Walewski, owner of The Sharp Edge Restaurants, who was knighted by King Albert II of Belgium for his work to offer the largest selection of Belgian beers in the United States. Guests will have the rare opportunity to experience new tastes in an intimate setting, bid on fabulous silent auction items, and connect with the CISV peacemaking community (adults only).

Choice of Soup or Salad:
Fire Roasted Tomato & Chick Pea Bisque
Field Green Salad--Baby greens, dried cranberries, crumbled chevre & diced apple, served with choice of balsamic, house, or ranch dressings

Choice of One Entree:
Dried Fruit Stuffed Pork Loin--rubbed in fresh herbs & stuffed with dried fruit stuffing, topped with a dried cranberry demi-glace, with cauliflower smash and grilled asparagus
Potato Crusted Salmon--Atlantic Salmon with a crisped potato crust, topped with a lemon caper remoulade, asiago risotto, & grilled asparagus
Grilled Portobello & Sun Dried Tomato Risotto--Grilled portobello mushroom, sun dried tomato, asparagus, artichokes and fresh spinach, sauteed in lemon & white wine, served over creamy asiago risotto

Dessert:
Liege Sugar Waffles, with raspberry & chocolate sauce, served family style
