This will be our 2nd year giving back to the Meningitis Foundation of America. As many of you know, Casey was diagnosed with meningitas in 1998, and he's happy to give back. Come join us for a FUN day of golf, and a GREAT cause!
~Entry fee is $125.00 which includes: driving range, 18 holes of golf, golf shirt, lunch, and proceeds will benefit the MFA. Your full name and handicap is needed as well as your shirt size. If shirt size is not given, you will be given an XL.
~You will be responsible for your four person team. (If you are unable to make a four person team, singles will be added to make a full team.) Entry fee needs to be received no later than FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2009, by check. Please send entry fee to: Casey Stewart 41020 Inverness Way #17-4 Palm Desert, Ca 92211. Please make checks payable to: Casey Stewart. You will be given a receipt for tax purposes. FORMAT~We will be playing a FOUR PERSON SCRAMBLE best ball. Each player will be assigned to a tee box according to their handicap. If you do not have a handicap, give us an approximate score of what you generally shoot. We will have closest to the pin, and long drive prizes. Dress code. No JEANS, or JEAN shorts, or FLIP FLOPS. No t-shirts. A collared shirt must be worn with golf shorts/pants. Tennis shoes or golf shoes are O.K.
