Time for our annual trip to Tahoe! We'll be renting a cozy cabin this time, with a fireplace, lake view, deck, 50" Plasma TV, BBQ, and Hot Tub.
For Skiiers/Boarders, we will be going to the Northstar Resort for playtime in the snow. There is a good lesson & rental package there for beginners, and also a snow park if you don't want to slide down the mountain.
Cost per person for a 2 night stay w/ food (assuming 12 ppl) will be: $70 (lift tickets & rentals extra)
Discounted Lift tickets (via e-ticket)
Adult 22+: $64.30 (incl tax & fees)
Young Adult (13-22, oh the irony, some of us are still young): $54 (incl tax & fees)
The Adult lift pass can be exchanged for:
-1st Timer Adult Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package at Northstar Resort or Sierra-At-Tahoe Resort, for those who have never skied or snowboarded. A great value that includes equipment, a beginner lesson and beginner lift access pass.
A packing list for what to bring will be emailed out later. Along with carpools
Deadline to register (and pay) is 2/15. Lift tickets can be purchased up until the day before we head up.
Also, learning from last year, your spot is only reserved upon payment to Adam Schuetz (check or paypal to
aschuetz+paypal@gmail.com), and lift tickets are only purchased upon payment to Eusebius Lai (check or cash).
