Dear Maithryians, Come, celebrate Maithry Christmas/New Year '10 with fellow Malayalees on *Saturday, January 16 2010 from 11:00. The day will start with a catered lunch, followed by cultural program showcasing the multi-faceted talents of our young and not-so-young members. (Please make sure to answer the questions shown on the right side >> regarding volunteer ipportunities.) Though we have sponsors supporting this event, for us to break even, we need to charge the attendees a nominal fee. Fee and payment information can be found here, and we encourage all attendees to ... please* help the XNY'09 committee in two ways now, to make their jobs slightly less chaotic: 1. Please respond to this evite immediately. (Help us get an accurate count sooner. It is also required if you or your child(ren) plan to participate in the cultural program.) 2. Please remit your admission fee immediately (Helps us take care of the immediate expenses.) Fees: Maithry members who remit the fees before December 30, 2009: Free : Kids under 10 years. $6 : Kids 10 years and older. $12 : Maithry members and parents. Guests, Maithry members and parents who pay after December 30, 2009: Free : Kids under 10 years. $10 : Kids 10 years and older $20 : Adults (All updates about the event will be available on the Maithry website www.maithry.org ) We request everyone's support and looking forward to seeing you at the celebrations !!
