Whispering Dove Goat Ranch and Apiary

Please join us for a walking tour of the Whispering Dove Goat Ranch and Apiary. In anticipation of a large response, we have secured two tours each having a maximum of 30 people. Indicate when you RSVP whether you would like the first or second tour time. Your spot can only be reserved once you have paid. Sorry, no payments will be accepted upon arrival this time. Cost is $7 per student (ages 4 and up) and adult. Payment deadline is Monday, September 27. Honey straws are for sale also at $1/4 straws.

We will meet at Onslow Pines Park per the request of the Ranch in order to carpool.  They have asked us to bring the fewest amount of cars possible.

Rules for the Goat Ranch:
No food/drinks.  Tennis shoes only.  Strollers are not recommended (backpacks and slings are ok).  Be prompt- tour cannot wait for you. You will be around honey bees. *Be prepared if you have allergies.* Please discuss barnyard manners with your students. The animals do not like loud noises or being chased.  They must not be fed by anyone other than the staff.  Stay with the group and follow all directions.

We'd love for you to picnic with us at Onslow Pines Park (1244 Onslow Pines Road). Please bring what your family needs. We will meet across from the bathrooms at the first play area on your right.

Tour 1-
9:20- meet at Onlosw Pines Park to carpool to the ranch
10-12 tour
12:15- Return to Onslow Pines Park for picnic and play

Tour 2-
11am- meet at Onslow Pines park for picnic and play
12:30- carpool to the ranch
1-3 tour
