Please join us for the New Alumni Celebration, a GSPP Bay Area networking and fundraising event on Monday, Dec. 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Palomino restaurant and bar in San Francisco.
As recent GSPP alums, it's time to get together, toast the golden bears, throw some business cards around and support our school -- all at the same event! We will hear from the new Dean, Henry Brady, and have a chance to network with fellow Bay Area alum from the classes of 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and students from the class of 2010.
Donations are not required, but we hope you will consider joining us in supporting GSPP at any level you are comfortable with. As you know, UC Berkeley is adjusting to a significant budget cut from the state. But there is a great opportunity to support GSPP and help it remain among the top public policy schools in the country.
With the New Alumni Challenge, the UC Berkeley Foundation is providing a 3:1 match for contributions from the classes of 2005-10 for donations up to $1,000. That means we can quadruple our impact -- for example, a $25 gift will equal $100, a $100 gift will equal $400, and so on.
If you are unavailable to join us, but would like to support GSPP, please go to http://campaign.berkeley.edu/new-alumni-challenge/ and click on the drop down box to make a gift to the Goldman School of Public Policy Annual Fund.
We look forward to connecting and sharing a drink with you on December 7!
Go Bears!
