Creating Jobs and Building Wealth in Prince George's County

July 15 Forum to Focus on Creating 21st Century Jobs and Wealth in Our Communities

President Barack Obama is working to end our current recession by helping create the jobs of the 21st century. Here in Prince George's County -- with most residents having to work outside of the county, amid rising unemployment, the highest rate of MD foreclosures, and with many of our youth unable to find work -- we must do more to create good-paying jobs in our county, support and strengthen locally owned businesses, use smarter land use policies, and improve wealth building in our communities.

Join us at this important community conversation with business leaders, the labor community, and policy makers as we discuss the opportunities at the local and national levels for creating jobs and building wealth in Prince George's County.
