Pack a picnic and bring your camera to the first ever GreenCityBaltimore/Gwynns Falls Trail Art on the Trail PHOTO SAFARI Sunday, August 12 (11AM-4-PM) We invite one and all to bring your friends and family to enjoy this day of photography and appreciation of this wonderful Trail and Park. There's plenty to do, see, hear, and PHOTOGRAPH throughout the day! · environmental art installations throughout the Park · guided tours of the exhibit and historical sites throughout the Meadow · guided tour of the Crimea Estate (1:00) · Native American flutist Jan Seiden www.flutejourney.com (2:00) · singer/songwriter Woody Lissauer www.woodylissauer.com (3:00) · environmental art making activities for the whole family throughout the day And walk up the hill to the Crimea to *see and ride* the Chesapeake & Allegheny Live Steam miniature railroad until 3:00 pm (www.calslivesteam.org/ for more info) After the event, email us your favorite photos for submission to the SAFARI PHOTO CONTEST - more details to come Winners and contest prizes will be awarded at the Art on the Trail Media Sprout media festival and closing event on the evening of September 2 For more about the event and our organizations, see our websites at: www.greencitybaltimore.org www.gwynnsfallstrail.org More photo contest details coming soon.
