UPDATE: This picnic is on as scheduled. The WildFyre Society presents another fabulous nude potluck picnic on Haulover Beach, hosted by the Board of Directors. Bring a dish to share. (We usually need more entrées and side dishes, but fewer snacks and desserts.)
We will set up to serve lunch around 1 PM. The event will take place on the north end of the clothing-optional section. (Look for the club banner on a green canopy.)
Although admission is free with a potluck item, we will accept donations to benefit South Florida Free Beaches / Florida Naturist Association (SFFB/FNA), the civic group that maintains and protects the clothing-optional section at Haulover Beach.
The party is in belated celebration of St. Patrick's Day, as well as the birthday of Marcus, club vice president and co-founder, so decorate yourself with something green, even if it's just beads, body paint, toenail polish, or sunblock!
This is an open event. Encourage your friends to come. (Click on Invite More above GUEST LIST box.) There's no limit on attendance, but we ask you to RSVP by Thursday, Mar. 19 to help in planning.
We need a few extra tables on which to set the food and a few extra coolers. If you can help by bringing a folding table (picnic, card, etc.) or large cooler, please check the something to bring line on the RSVP form and we will contact you, if necessary.
Remember: N0 glass containers on the beach!
Public transit tip: This location is served by Miami-Dade Transit Bus Routes H (108), K (111), S (119), and Beach MAX (120). (Get route maps and timetables.)
