Come ready to be inspired, motivated & uplifted as Shay speaks with us about moitivation & goal setting. Consider this your end-of-summer pep talk... that "you can do it, girl!" that you've been needing to hear!
It's been six months since our last FREE event & we thought it was time to offer another... it's a thank you to all of loyal members who have attended our events throughout the year & hopefully it will encourage a few "newbies" to join the fun!
