Over the past five years, Community Pride Day (CPD) has provided a fun-filled day for members of the Bed-Stuy community. This year CPD's theme is back-to-school. Attendees will receive free school supplies, free food, and a day's worth of children's activities, games and teen entertainment. There will be a guest appearance by NBA legend John Starks and other Celeberties. There will also be performances by Spazz.

I am so happy that this event is taking place in Bed Stuy. I am the secretary of the Bed Stuy Advocates and I would love to represent this organization in distributing these supplies to our young children.
We're on summer Fridays officially closing @ 1pm. However I haven't been able to take full advantage so if all goes well, you will see me. I really want to experience what you have been doing and I'm happy to see that you have some good sponsors behind your team. Wonderful!
