I am running a campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Woman of the Year in San Francisco.
My goal is to raise $50,000 in the next 10 weeks, and that is where you come in. Please join in supporting the campaign at our Happy Hour fundraiser!

If you're not familiar with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Woman of the Year campaign, it is a 10-week long fundraising challenge for local leaders to see who can raise the most money for LLS. The LLS is the worlds largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, providing education, and patient services. It's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
The energy surrounding the LLS and those affected by blood borne cancers is inspiring. As many of us know, or will likely know someone who has been affected by Leukemia, we are thankful to have the opportunity to help find a cure.
The name of our campaign is called Taste For Life. We want to spread awareness and raise funds through our passion for food and wine. Our goal is to raise $50,000 by May 26, 2009.

Time: 6-9pm
Details: Your $20 donation includes a complimentary glass of wine. We'll also be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win amazing prizes (valued at $100+ each), so bring some extra cash and support the cause! 1 ticket for $5, 3 for $10, or your arm's length for $20. Music by DJ Dylan the Vinyl Villain!
