The WildFyre Society presents a fabulous, nude celebration of its tenth anniversary, hosted by the Board of Directors. It consists of two parties:
1) The first is a high-energy, Inferno-style party on Friday, Nov. 14 from 8:00 PM to at least midnight (NO ENTRY PAST 9:30 PM).
2) The second is a low-key, Pools of Fyre-type event on Saturday, Nov. 15 from noon to at least 4:00 PM (NO ENTRY PAST 1:30 PM).
A donation of $5 per person for each party covers soft drinks, hors d'oeuvres (with hot dogs on Saturday), anniversary cake, and facility rental. BYOB, towel, gym bag or backpack for your clothes, and a factory-sealed, non-perishable item for our Thanksgiving charity food drive.
Rooms are available at an approximately 20% discount for those wishing to stay over at the resort, and the party donation is waived for resort guests. Contact Windamar Beach Resort for reservations, and state that you are with the WildFyre Society anniversary event.
Free, on-street parking is extremely rare. Metered parking is enforced around the clock in most locations. Parking is not allowed (and tow-away is in effect) during certain hours along the beach and in some other spaces, so read the signs carefully. (Do not park in the grassy lot across from the guesthouse -- it is now tow-away!)
Allow extra travel time to park and walk to the resort. Know before you go: print out and carry with you the chart and map of municipal parking areas, and note time limits, which vary.
