The preliminary plans and date we have in mind is the first weekend of August, 2010. For those confused, Tabitha Albury is the boss. I am just collecting preliminary invites and negotiating rates -- she is a good delegator (also I know I can not spell its been 30 years you think I am going to learn now :]).
We plan to have a casual meet and greet on that Friday night.
On Saturday night we will have a very semi-formal 20th Reunion
Sunday we will have an afternoon family get together.
The more people that want to attend the Reunion and get a hotel room the better we can negotiate the cost of our Reunion.
Tabitha and the rest of the Reunion committee reminisced last Sunday more than organized being very excited that everyone from the past will attend, so just be there no matter what your excuse -- WE WANT YOU THERE!!!
Currently, we are considering a few locations and negotiating rates (including hotel room rates). We will take corporate donations and more than happy to market yourself or business.
Additionally, if you have suggestions to make this a better Reunion we are open to consider them.
We are trying to keep the cost of the Reunion to be $75.00 each person.
