The Maiytra 2008 Team will be holding a fundraising night to raise money for and awareness of our MAIYTRA convention this 4th of July weekend in San Francisco. The MAIYTRA convention is a biennial event that provides an environment that reinforces our culture and heritage. It creates a forum for young adults from around the world to meet others who have similar values, backgrounds, and most importantly, who share an interest in maintaining their Marathi roots during these changing times.
So, come out and support the cause! Your $10 cover contribution will go a long way to support the preservation of Maharashtrian culture and values in second-generation Indian-Americans.
