Summer is here which brings sun, vacation and the annual Pittsburgh Hokie Picnic! Come meet new and current students, alumni, family and friends from around the Pittsburgh area. Freshmen and their parents will have the chance to meet fellow classmates and ask alumni questions before making their new home in Blacksburg. Alumni are welcome to bring their family and friends to share their experiences of attending Virginia Tech.
The chapter will provide all picnic foods, drinks and ice cream. A $5 donation is requested from each person, except incoming freshmen and children 10 and under.
Donations will be collected at the event and will be accepted in cash or check payable to "VTAA Pittsburgh Chapter"
Parking lots are located at the end of Beech Alley and along 3rd Street (you will need to walk across the ball field). For more information please contact Lauren Lakdawala at pittsburgh.hokies@gmail.com.
