Professor Shieh as many of you know was the former Taiwan Ambassador to Germany, and recently served as the GIO minister in Taiwan. His promotion of Taiwan and devotion to issues outside and inside of the island nation is unprecedented.
Dr. Shieh is different and outstanding in that he can relate and reach out to both first and second generation. His personality, substance, and style sparks interests and energy. There is never a dull moment when he speaks!
