Join us Wednesday night, May 6th, for part two of our Self Defense class with Charles Knight! 

This fun & informative evening will include learning some basic self defense moves, how to keep yourself safe and how to be aware of your surroundings.

Child care and children's programs are available for all children ages birth through high school.
