About Blue Velvet:
Blue Velvet, a poolside restaurant and lounge is located at The Flat, a residential development in downtown Los Angeles. The restaurant and lounge offers contemporary American cuisine for lunch, dinner and late-night lounging prepared by Executive Chef Jonathan McDowell and Chef de Cuisine Jared Levy.
