Learn How to Be a Professional Production Assistant on Big-Budget Sets. Be a Part of the Growth in Film Production in Massachusetts!
Who Should Attend: Students, recent graduates, and others interested in entering the production industry. Prior professional experience is not required, but participants should have some hands-on experience in film and video production.
Topics include: Set Operations on Large-Scale Productions; Business Essentials, and Proper Set Etiquette. A Question & Answer period with all instructors will conclude the event.
Instructors: Sessions will be taught by professional producers, assistant directors, and production assistants.
Registration: 80 seats are available, so do not delay in signing up. A non-refundable $25 registration fee is required to secure your spot. Fee includes a Supporting Membership in the Mass Production Coalition (MPC) through December 31, 2008.
Check In: On site check-in and light breakfast for registered attendees from 9:00 -9:45a.m. Sessions will begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp and conclude at 2:30 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the session.
On-street parking is available or the event is T Accessible, St. Paul Street stop on the B Line.
