Greetings,
We all know that when you change your mind you change your results...and on Sunday Sept 28th you can put this into practice!
The Bay Area Power Team is proud to present to you, The Cash Flow Game, developed by Robert Kiyosaki, author of the bestselling book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" (and many other financial education books, seminars, and programs.)
It's a real privilege to have
Dan Weiss, a certified trainer from Peak Potentials Training facilitate this game for us. Dan has been playing and coaching Cash Flow games for over 5 years. Dan coaches 3-4 games per month in the Bay Area. He likes to add "a little something extra" to the rules to challenge you to grow even more, so be prepared for a game that is educational, informational, and fun!
This game offers you a safe way to stretch your comfort zone and push through the "middle-class" mindset that might be keeping you stuck financially.
For first-time players, you will learn how strategies for securities investing, real estate leverage, and automated businesses can be used to generate enough passive income to allow you to quit your job and exit the Rat Race. You will experience the difference between the earn-and-spend mentality and the passive income mindset that can set you free.
If you are already a seasoned investor, you can practice influence, mentoring, negotiation, and leverage tactics to really boost your financial creativity!
Because your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between a game and reality, you will find you come away from this experience with an expanded sense of possibilities and options, because you have actually been there, done that.
Everyone comes away with hands-on financial education knowledge and skills you can take home and put into practice immediately. You will also take home your game sheet, which you can use to evaluate your own personal finances and see where the learning from the game applies to you.
Requested Contribution - $10. All materials will be provided, but if you have a favorite calculator and pencil, feel free to bring them along!
We are in need of a few volunteers to come 30 mins early to help setup and crew this event. If you are available, please contact Kellye Hayden, event coordinator at
