halloween drink: zombie

Afraid your party might be kind of dead? These strong, rum-tastic cocktails are guaranteed to liven things up.

Zombie (serves 1)

• 1/4 cup gold rum
• 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 2 tablespoons white rum
• 2 tablespoons dark Jamaican rum
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 2 teaspoons apricot liqueur
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add all ingredients. Shake well, then strain into a tall glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
